A true friend is someone who isn’t afraid to tell you the truth and addresses the problem regardless of what you might think. A true friend will tell you your mistakes as he/she sees it. He/She would not think twice of telling you, if it means you would be better off knowing the truth.

#2 — a true friend, will warn you!

A true friend is someone who would stop you in your tracks and tell you if something is wrong. He/She would go out of his/her way to let you know what they think of the situation. If they think something is not right, they will not hesitate to try to stop you from doing so.

#3 — a true friend, shares bad experiences!

A true friend is someone who is not afraid of telling you his/her bad experiences from the past. They are the ones who are comfortable of telling you their mistakes so that you both can learn from them.

A true friend is someone who would stand by you no matter what. He/She will always be on your side through thick and thin, they are always there when you need them.

A true friend is someone who ignores the bad and counts the good. They are the ones who truly knows who you are and why you’re the way you are. They are not affected of the wrong things you’ve done, but rather focus on the good things you’ve done.

Good News Raptors Fans!

Yahoo Sports! — According to Marc J. Spears (NBA writer for Yahoo Sports), Demar Derozan is set to play against the Charlotte Hornets next Thursday.

Demar Derozan suffered a torn left adductor longus tendon (severe groin strain) back in November and since then he missed a total of 17 games.

The Toronto Raptors lost 2 games in a row for the first time this season, Losing to Portland (97-102) Tuesday in Overtime and losing big to the Warriors (105-126). They will face the Phoenix Suns on Sunday..

Ontario Canada’s Ministry of Health Banned Smoking in Patios, Playgrounds, & Sports Fields [ILLEGAL]

ONTARIO — It is now illegal to smoke in Restaurant patios, Playgrounds, and Sport fields in Ontario.

It also bans the sale of tobacco cigarettes in post-secondary schools.

The Ministry of Health has said the changes to the Smoke Free Ontario Act replace a patchwork of municipal regulations governing smoking on restaurant and bar patios, and will not hurt their businesses.

The measures were first announced in November.

The province says tobacco kills 13,000 people in the province each year and causes an estimated $2.2 billion in direct health care costs.

This law has already taken effect in Ontario.

Demar Derozan suffered a torn left adductor longus tendon — a severe groin strain in the third quarter of November 28th’s loss to Dallas.

Toronto Raptors Radio Broadcaster (SN590) Eric Smith reported that Demar Derozan participated in his first full practice since the injury.

It won’t be long until we see him playing again on the floor with his team-mates, but certainly will not be playing this week against Golden State.

The Raptors has won 8 of their last 10 games and the return of Demar Derozan can help carry the load off of Kyle Lowry. Lowry has proved that he can lead the team without their best scorer by turning belief into confidence.

Funniest Klay Thompson Interview so far this Season


Saturday December 27, 2014 — Golden state Warriors gets another win at home over the struggling Timberwolves team.

After the game Klay thompson was interviewed by Rosalyn Gold-Onwude.

The question goes, “Defensively you’re out there working hard, you want to be known as a two way player. How much do you feed off of the D?”

Klay Thompson’s reaction was golden and as you can see from the clip, Rosalyn also knew why he reacted the way he did and probably realized that it was funny as well.

Nine dead including two Children in Edmonton Canada, it was found in three separate locations


Globe and Mail reported nine found dead including two children found in three separate locations around Edmonton. The Edmonton police is investigating the killing spree and believed it to be connected to each other. The ninth and final victim may be involved in the killings according to the police as it matches the suspects description.

The Killing spree was believed to be executed the night of December 29th and the following morning of December 30th.

Edmonton Police Press Conference:

The Edmonton Police Service continues to investigate two homicide scenes involving multiple deaths.

Southwest Division members responded to a weapon’s complaint around 6:52 p.m., Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, near Haswell Court and 16 Avenue. Upon arrival, members discovered a deceased middle-aged female.

Later Monday evening, North Division patrol officers responded to a suspicious circumstances call at an address near 83 Street and 180 Avenue at approximately 8:30 p.m., returning to the same address at approximately midnight, following a secondary check-on-welfare call involving a suicidal male.

At that time, officers were unable to locate the suicidal male in question, but upon entry, discovered the bodies of seven deceased individuals; three adult females, two adult males and two children, one female and one male.

Homicide detectives, with the assistance of Ft. Saskatchewan RCMP, subsequently located a deceased male at a restaurant in that city, located approximately 40 kms northeast of Edmonton, who matched the description of the suicidal male allegedly associated with the second homicide scene at 83 Street and 180 Avenue.

The identities of the deceased are not being released at this time, until cause of deaths can be determined, identities can be confirmed and next of kin can be notified.
